Information and services available include:
- Information leaflets for patients and carers on a wide range of topics – cancer prevention and advice, signs and symptom awareness, treatments and side effects, local support groups.
- One-to-one support sessions for clients referred by a health professional to receive a confidential assessment and advice.
- Patient education programme – for patients and carers offering practical advice on living with cancer
- Benefits advice - The centre has a dedicated member of staff who can advice on Benefits available to cancer patients and carers. They have a specialist knowledge of benefits, tax credits, grants and loans for people with cancer.

The drop-in centre is currently open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and is located in the Community Service Station, 23 Scarisbrick Avenue, Southport. From the end of April through to September, the centre will also be open on Saturday mornings.
